Torre Rioja Madrid, S.A has leased an office building situated at 81 Avenida de América to AXA Seguros. The deal was guided by the assistance of CBRE, the leading real estate consultancy firm, who have set up the greatest deal of the year for the leasing of offices

The building is one of the most emblematic of its kind and will be the most efficient in Spain on a technical level. It has an area of 23,600 sqm and is a first class asset. It consists of five floors, an underground garage with more than 380 places and another garage over ground with more than 100 parking places.

The building, energetically efficient and with a LEED Platinum certification, the highest level that USGBC can award, has an active front that contributes to the comfort and energy savings.

In this way AXA changes its corporative headquarters from Camino de Fuente de la Mora to Avenida de América making their offices in Madrid much more efficient.
