CBRE advises LICO INMUEBLES on the leasing of their property to HOLIDAY GYM
CBRE, the first company to offer consultancy and real estate service internationally, has advised Lico Inmuebles on the leasing of a property of around 3,000 sq.m right in Cuzco, to the HOLIDAY GYM chain of gymnasiums. The property which is found in Calle Juan Hurtado de Mendoza Nº4, next to the Paseo de la Castellana, was opened with a lot of success on 1st September of this year.
The chain Holiday Gym is a leading brand in the fitness sector, with more than 30years of experience and 15 centers, has been chosen by Lico Inmuebles among other companies of the same sector, due to its strong brand image, its profound experience with gyms and for its credibility as a company in the world of sport. All of this has resulted in Lico Inmuebles opting for Holiday Gym to lease a property in the heart of Madrid.
The establishment was previously occupied by another group in the same line of business. Lico Inmuebles acquired the building in 2008, with more than 8,000sq.m of offices and with the advice and counsel of CBRE. Ever since then, it has remained leased in its entirety to distinguished firms.
